Cancellations and refunds
You have the right to cancel your course reservation or Eximiatutor subscription or return the self-study material you have ordered under the following conditions:
Abi courses
If you have to cancel your participation in an abi course and do so no later than 10 days before the start of the course, we will refund the course fee paid to you less the material fee (€ 75 / subject). For a fee, we will send you effective revision material for self-study use. If you book your course less than 10 days before the start of the course, you do not have the right to cancel the course. If desired, the order can be canceled free of charge within 14 days of the order.
Coaching courses
If you have to cancel a coaching course and do so no later than 10 days before the start of the course, you will receive effective course material for self-study for a portion of the booking fee. The booking fee is the same as the self-study material in the field in question. If you have paid the full course fee, we will refund the excess amount over the booking fee to the account you provided. For cancellations made after this, we will charge 30% of the remaining course fee, and for cancellations made after the start of course teaching, we will charge the full course fee. If you book your course less than 10 days before the start of the course, you do not have the right to cancel the course. If desired, the order can be canceled free of charge within 14 days of the order.
Eximia reserves the right to cancel a course if the number of students is less than eight.
Online courses
Eximia provides the customer with a personal username and password. After receiving these credentials, the client can start using the course and cannot cancel their registration for the course.
Practice entrance exam and revision
It is possible to cancel the practice entrance exam and revision 10 days before the practice entrance exam. For cancellations after this, we will charge the full fee, but you will receive a practice entrance exam with sample answers in the mail to your home for independent practice. If you book a practice entrance exam less than 10 days before the exam, you have no right to cancel.
Returning self-study materials
You can return the self-study materials you have ordered and paid for within 14 days of receiving them if you are not satisfied with the products. Materials should be returned unused and in their original packaging. We will refund the amount you paid to the account you provided.
Eximiatutor
When ordering the service, you will have the right to use the service immediately and cancel it within a 14-day reflection period from the time of purchase and request a refund of the price of the order; note, however, the following conditions:
In the case of digital content (learning programs), you lose the right to cancel if you start downloading, using, streaming the content. The download may start automatically (eg as downloading content to your browser) if your browser settings have an automatic download function. The return of the order eximiatutor.com ™ takes into account and reduces the share of the service you have already used, therefore you are not entitled to a full refund. Defective service due to a defect in eximiatutor.com ™ the customer is entitled to a refund equal to the defect, if the defect cannot be rectified within 7 days of the occurrence of the defect.
Changes to courses possible
There may be changes to course schedules and locations. Any changes will be announced in sufficient time ahead.
If a teacher falls ill, we will arrange a replacement teaching session. If we have to cancel the course, you will have access to our high-quality course materials for self-study and we will refund you the price you paid for the course less the portion of the material fee.
Abi courses have 24 lessons (45min per lesson). If less than 5 people register for the course, the teaching will be arranged as small group teaching so that there will be 16 (12 *) lessons. The amount of teaching will be announced no later than 3 days before the start of the course. The things taught remain the same regardless of the form of teaching.

Abi plus courses have 40 lessons (45min per lesson). If less than 5 people register for the course, the teaching will be arranged as small group teaching so that there will be 26 lessons. The amount of teaching will be announced no later than 3 days before the start of the course. The things taught remain the same regardless of the form of teaching.
