Online payment
When you order an Eximiatutor subscription, you get the right to use the service immediately. Your Eximiatutor subscription is valid until further notice and is renewed automatically on a monthly basis, at the same time your account will be automatically charged. The order can be canceled at any time, in which case the next month will no longer be invoiced.
When you register for other courses (not Eximiatutor) through our website, you can choose to pay the course booking fee or alternatively the full course fee directly through your online bank. If you pay the booking fee online, we will send the invoices for the following items as a paper invoice. Online payment is possible through all Finnish banks.
Payment
The payment intermediary for the online store is Visma Pay (Paybyway Oy, business ID 2486559-4), which is registered in the register of payment institutions maintained by the Finnish Financial Supervisory Authority. Payment is made via Visma Pay’s online service and Visma Pay or Paybyway Oy is shown as the payee on the account statement and invoice. Visma Pay forwards payments to the online merchant. Payment is secure, as all information about the payment transaction is transmitted using an encrypted connection so that no third party can see the details of the payment transaction. The transaction is created between the e-commerce customer and the e-commerce. E-commerce is responsible for all obligations related to the transaction. Payment methods
Through the Visma Pay service, you can pay with online banking, wallet, payment cards (credit / debit), invoice or installment. The following payment methods are available: Osuuspankki, Nordea, Danske Bank, Oma Säästöpankki, Säästöpankki, Aktia, Local Cooperative Banks, S-Bank, Handelsbanken, Ålandsbanken, MobilePay, Masterpass, Pivo, Visa, Visa Debit, Visa Electron, MasterCard and Debit MasterCard cards, as well as Jousto and Enterpay Invoice for companies.
MobilePay: You can pay with your MobilePay wallet if you have allowed online shopping from the app settings. Payments made with a MobilePay wallet will be charged to the payment card attached to the wallet. If it is not possible to charge the payment card, it will not be possible to pay with the MobilePay wallet in the online store.
Pivo: The terms of use are available on Pivo’s website: https://pivo.fi/kayttohdot/pivon-kayttohdot/ Jousto invoice and Installment payment is a domestic service that allows you to make your purchases quickly and safely. Jousto is for individuals who have managed their finances properly. With Jousto, you get 30 days of interest-free and cost-free payment period. Once you receive the invoice, you can decide whether to pay it in full or in installments. With an installment payment, you can pay for your purchase in up to 36 installments, starting from 9.90 eur / month. The cost of the flexible installment is EUR 3.90 / month and a credit interest rate of 19.90%. You can pay 30 to 3000 euros for purchases with Jousto. Aurajoki Nordic Oy acts as the lender. When ordering an Eximiatutor subscription we accept Visma Pay’s payment card options: Visa, Visa Debit, Visa Electron, MasterCard and Debit MasterCard.

Starting the course (other than Eximiatutor)
A few days after your order, you will receive a booking confirmation in your home by mail. You will also find a course code in the booking confirmation to register for our Moodle learning environment. During the course, Moodle will act as an information channel and material bank.
